Shipments of Wine
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship merchandise to the states listed below. Tax will be charged for the states where indicated.

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. For your protection, verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Vintage Substitution
Due to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order is no longer available, we will substitute it with the next available vintage.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated on the Order Verification Page, before you check out. At this time we do not ship online store products outside the United States.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
All efforts are made to clearly display and describe the products sold on this site so that you may purchase the ones suitable to you. If you have any questions about our products we are happy to answer them prior to your purchase. All sales are final.
Should you receive a product that is defective in manufacture it may be replaced at the discretion of Matin Du Bois Vintners.
